but people may use it as a normal taxi to avoid traffic and further you may need to tie up with hospitals for funding in that case that particular ambulance driver will go to that particular hospital who is funding which can worsen the situation of the victim depending on the case , so I think it might be done with the help of government by connecting all private hospitals, that's my opinion and the idea is really good

Harsh why not you solve a problem which you can and which you face everyday personally and for which you are passionate to solve that problem. Now I am talking about your idea. I think in an emergency you don't have enough time to download an app and book and wait. there are toll free numbers which immediately you call and book and in this process there is not any big issue yet. You can still make this app but making it profitable is very hard. This is my honest feedback maybe you agree or not. I think if you share your idea so you are already ready for others honest feedback.

But, this is already there, because you can get access to the ambulance by just calling for free in an emergency.

A while ago, I was trying to work on a similar idea like this instead of a medical line it was for bike services. And did a deep market research for 4-5 months. This Form of business is possible You just need to solve a few hurdles before starting actually.

it's problem solving idea if done properly, but there is a problem might be in it of real world, as there is alot of traffic on the road it's also true that people give space to go ambulance but still we will can't able to increase the speed as much as if that were different route for ambulance it's maybe costly but effective!
