Just built an Android app called Abhaya - it's an SOS emergency alert system designed mainly for women's safety Features include regular & anonymous SOS alerts, live location tracking (even in background), emergency contact management, FCM push notifications, and a crime heatmap based on past data. Used Kotlin & Jetpack Compose with Firebase and Retrofit for the backend integration. Also added Accessibility Services to let users send alerts without even opening the app. Planning to add a voice trigger and SMS integration next. add some band type thing which women cn wear it, use some sensor which track her heart beat pulse nd other details, which will directly send to the phone nd server, train so for under standing the data like situation they get panic then area thing

The UI is a not very user friendly but this project helped me grow a lot as an Android Developer and I got to learn more about how WEbViews work, how FCM notifications are triggered and how notifications are created in the background by the app. Also got to learn about a new feature called Accessibility Services in Android (Wrote a blog about it too)!!
