🚨 We’re Hiring: Embedded Firmware Engineer | Pluto (On-site, Gurgaon) We’re building an EV platform from the ground up—and we need a firmware engineer who can do the same. At Pluto Mobility, you’ll design and develop real-time firmware for BMS, VCU, and communication systems from scratch. You’ll work on secure boot, OTA updates, low-latency and safety-optimized code, diagnostics, SoC/SoH estimation, and battery balancing algorithms. Requirements: • Strong in C/C++, RTOS, CAN/LIN • Experience with UDS, bootloaders, ISO26262 • Skilled in debugging, testing, and real-time optimization • Comfortable building SoC/SoH algorithms • Proficient with CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, SocketCAN), DBC files • Strong in JSON handling (logging/config/data transfer) This is a high-ownership role at the core of our vehicle stack.
