I have an idea of creating a current affairs/summarised news website for govt exams aspirants. Steps that I'm following to put the summarised news on my website:- 1- Extract the publicly available/Free/Non-Premium news from a news website. 2- Then summarise the news. 3- Then upload the summarised news on my website alongwith mentioning the original source link of the news. Will I get the copyright infringement case from the respective news media? Is there anything illegal in my act? I was of the impression that after summarization, if nowhere in my summarised content(summarised headline & summarised news content) is matching exactly with the original news content,I'm safe.But it looks like,that's not the case. I noticed that Medial also puts summarised news on their app. Does Medial have some sort of collaboration/subscription with the mentioned source news media(I heard, Inshorts have),so that they can summarise the news from their content & show on their app? Plz help🙏🏻
