There is an app in the play store called frnd. I think both are similar business model's. Try it out and let me know. But in that app you will need some coins to connect with someone. Like they charge 6-coins per minute.

I think that app has the similar concept but it is on an online platform . Like for example - japanese people can hire girlfriends or boyfriends for a day or hours as they want . Similarly my concept is the same but in this you can hire friends , with whom you can talk and share things.
