Considering you are only 20, you have enough time on your plate. I would suggest you join the Family Business for 6-12 Months as a Trial. Don't think of it as a lifelong commitment yet, paid internship. Talk to your uncle and aunt's brother. Understand what your responsibilities would be, what you're expected to learn, and where they see you fitting in. Express your eagerness to contribute. Learn every aspect: operations, client management, finances, challenges. Document everything. While working, look for areas where you can add value using new ideas or tec.This trial period will tell you if you truly enjoy the work and if the family dynamics are manageable for you. While working, start exploring online MBA programs (from reputable universities), executive programs, or even advanced certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business analytics. Platforms like Coursera, edX, or even specific university executive courses (some Indian IIMs offer these) can be excellent.
