hey ! everyone , I just wanted to share my recent thoughts on building startups , I myself am a founder of Reelcode - a platform for coding community where creators and learners create , share and learn coding through codingreels , users can interact with their favourite coding creators directly on chat and many more www.reelcode.in after we deployed our mvp website and the day when we started promotion we faced a huge technical issue in our website and for the last week it felt like all of this is going to shutdown before even starting the issue was so bad at one point we thought we would have to rebuild the product from scratch but then we kept on working my team is very hardworking and supportive and we are finally on track , I believe every startup and the people associated with it must have to be resilient with unwavering working mindset in any situation which gives the spirit to continue and goo on with these hurdles otherwise things will dismantle what to remember and learn ? 1. Many things will go wrong when you start , that's the sign to keep on working 2. Choose your team members very keenly I personally prefer knowledge over experience in a developer and my intuition to judge them how capable they are 3. Be patient this is the most important thing in this journey at the end , it feels good to be in the ecosystem of people who believe in building Thankyou founder - Reelcode Don't forget to check our platform Reelcode www.reelcode.in
