We already have one app that does that which is called Pocket Pal.. And with that, you can download and run any model offline. Even i have it and you can download it too. Its free too. Btw depending on your phone's capacity, the output generation can be very slow and laggy too. You get 3 tokens per second to about 7 tokens per second speed.
