𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀? you’re not alone. most people try to be “creative” — but that’s not the best way. here’s a better approach: 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬. what does that mean? every industry you see — like food delivery, education, payments, travel — is basically a big system. it has people, rules, tools, money flow, and habits. and inside that system, there are tiny parts that control how everything works. 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸: instead of building something totally new, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 in the system. and ask: “what happens if this is different?” 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: groceries used to take hours or days to deliver. then someone asked: “𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬?” that one question led to apps like zepto and blinkit. huge businesses — all from changing one small expectation in the system. they didn’t invent grocery delivery. they just flipped the speed part of the system.
