I think this is the biggest scam of all time! zepto is thinking this is attracting customers to cart and they would probably end up ordering because they have made their minds but the negative impact it leaves will definitely harm the customer rete

his is standard dynamic pricing, not a scam. The ₹100 "free cash" probably had minimum cart value conditions that weren't met. Every e-commerce platform does this - Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy. People complaining about basic promotional terms need to read the fine print.
