But software dev job postings in the US are down 70% since 2022. The rules changed: ▫️ AI is replacing junior roles ▫️ Big Tech is hiring less, automating more ▫️ Startups want fewer generalists, more specialized roles, fewer meetings Being average isn’t safe anymore. Being technical still is — if you evolve fast.
