But every single review we bring with huge effort. People don't give reviews if the service is good. But only if they feel the service was bad. Not their fault, we are conditioned like that. Even I used to do the same thing.

Hmm. Might be. But that's not the case. Take example of Amazon, we don't give the delivery guy or Amazon ratings immediately after they deliver or we use the product. But if anything goes wrong with the product, we complain immediately or we give negative review. In our case, we reach to our clients to give reviews as we know that they would not give any feedback, no matter how good was the service delivered.
