Hmm. Might be. But that's not the case. Take example of Amazon, we don't give the delivery guy or Amazon ratings immediately after they deliver or we use the product. But if anything goes wrong with the product, we complain immediately or we give negative review. In our case, we reach to our clients to give reviews as we know that they would not give any feedback, no matter how good was the service delivered.
