hey manit. I'm sure you might have read a lot of articles on Google on how to start an open source project. most important thing is documentation. start laying down your ideas in documentation. share it with people, such as here. get insights on evolution of idea. once this is finalized. your way is much clear. DOCUMENTATION IS MUST. without it no one will ever take you seriously.
