hey Yash, when I was in cllg I was about to start a cloud kitchen in Bangalore. but after research I thought not to do so. Few reasons for it 1. Swiggy Zomato takes away 30-40% 2. Setting up a cloud kitchen is very easy these days, so there is actually a crowd. 3. you have to spend on ads and marketing a lot to sell, apart from discounts. 4. It is barely profitable if you do the maths it looks lucrative but not at all feasible in the long term. not to demotivate you, but I have visited a lot of cloud kitchens in third year and it made no sense to me to start something like this. there are exceptions though, if you want to run an ice cream or bakery in cloud kitchen then you can go ahead, my research showed that's the best thing to sell online in food sector. all the best.
