people are often comfortable with offline shopping because of many reasons one of them can be the fabric as u mentioned, but also the trust with the salesman , many a times there Is a trust btw the salesman or the owner with the customer also with time there a bonding btw the both and *the salesman also understands the taste of the customer* which results in making repeat customer another thing can be bargaining options , as we know indians have this premium default feature of bargaining in their blood!! which when it comes to online, cannot be used! so if these things can be solution:- you can add a video call option in the clothes app where the user can directly talk to the salesman and talk about the quality of the fabric and also add a bargaining option , where both the parties can bargain.
