AI should not come in these things I have got in startup and I have saw my web agency fail. The one mistake which is glorified in the field is AI automation Yes it is good saves times and boost the overall efficiency of the business operations But there are certain things in which AI should not be involved that is Sales and HR IBM - "AI can not be a manager because it can not be hold as accountable" The above statement of IBM is very valid an AI tool can write a story but same AI tool can not be used to write a Medical Report Because doctors are accountable for Human Lives not AI You can not punish AI can you ?? Yes coming to business do you think chat gpt will give you money If you think AI can bring you money then you are wrong. AI can boot you or make you efficient but the end task of getting money is done by you

Sales closing can not be done by AI simply because AI can not empathies it can't feel you You know it is not the product people buy it is the emotion that gets the sales Same thing is HR and hiring you hire humans to grow company not AI agents Then why you want AI to select Human profile ???
