How we scaled from 4 experiences a month to around 50 experiences a month I still remember our first ever experience at Oopar.Club. Back then, we were just trying to see if this is something people really wanted — and it turned out to be a great experience. Since that first event, we’ve gone through many iterations and learnt something new from every single one we’ve hosted. Today, we’re at a stage where we know what works for people and what doesn’t. That learning helps us create new experiences that are more aligned with what our community enjoys. But obviously, we can't run all events ourselves — so we started experimenting with letting our members host events. That turned out to be a superb idea. Now, most of our Oopar Exclusive events are hosted by members who have attended multiple experiences with us. They don’t just host — they help in ideating and executing events as well. On top of that, we’ve partnered with multiple creators in Bangalore and Hyderabad. These creators co-create the events with us, and we support them in scaling and improving their experiences. With the help of members as hosts and our co-creator program, we’ve been able to scale our events faster and consistently meet the growing demand.
