call me old fashioned! but i never write massages like “Hello Alex” “ Hi Denee” i always add Mr or Ms before calling anyones name not because am only at my 20s but alos because i know how to respect others i know i am junior i have to learn and earn experiances. i dont know why people leaving back their roots culture and parenting behind just to follow professionalism. I have seen many people writing messages to people who are 20 years older than them, directly mentioning their names. Isn't this disrespectful? Please follow professionalism but never forget who you are. No matter how skilled you are, if you cannot respect someone then you should learn that. Agree??
