Bro, this is why I tell everyone, Bangalore startup scene is 90% exploitation with fancy marketing. These guys raise crores, spend lakhs on office interiors and free food, but pay engineers peanuts. The whole "we're disrupting X industry" narrative is just cover for labor violations. Traditional companies might be boring but at least they follow basic employment laws.
