I don't believe ONDC will be sustainable in the long run. While it's a government initiative aimed at supporting local vendors, there are several concerns. Currently, it claims to charge 0% commission to restaurants, but there's minimal support to address customer issues, low demand, and lack of engagement. As demand increases, the government will inevitably need to hire a large customer support team to manage operations across India. At that point, maintaining a 0% commission model will be unrealistic, as the costs associated with staffing and operations will need to be covered
