bro you can you free services like medium and other blogging websites. but I would personally recommend https://ghost.org/ super awesome packed with features, open source. a great team supporting the project.

it cost rs. 700 / month of you use ghosts hosting, but I personally use my server and self host it ( very easy) i hosted it for free on AWS free tier.
