it cost rs. 700 / month of you use ghosts hosting, but I personally use my server and self host it ( very easy) i hosted it for free on AWS free tier.

ok it's feel complicated I am non tech background student. but thanks anyone suggested me use wix. what you think abut this

it's not totally free. but for basic blogging wix won't hurt.
