Hello Iam trying to start a white labelled business startup so can you guide me which will the best platform or the best segment to go with the product

I have seen in a few apps, now including medial, there’s an option to report a post even for the person who posted that said post. Is there any reason for giving this option? Am I missing to see the reason, because it makes no sense for me.
