Yes it is possible but to build this we need approval from bank's. As per my knowledge we have to add a chip in atm which will have the unique code with address. Based on that we can detect amount and other things. In app when user opens , user enter the location or around user locations atm will be visible. when user clicks we can show all the amount details and other things. Not only this we can add multiple futures.
