You're missing the bigger picture. OpenAI isn't just "consumer AI"..they're building the foundational layer that everyone else builds on. GPT API powers half the AI startups in Silicon Valley. Anthropic is great but they're essentially playing catch-up with a safety-first approach. Google has resources but lacks focus - classic innovator's dilemma. OpenAI is eating everyone's share.
