I moved from Bangalore to Mumbai last year and got quoted ₹25k initially, then they demanded ₹45k on the day saying "extra items sir." Ended up paying because what choice did I have? A transparent platform like this would have saved me so much stress and money.

Have you guys actually researched why similar platforms failed? UrbanClap tried this, Housejoy tried this. The problem isn't the platform - it's that packers and movers are inherently unreliable. You can't fix bad service providers with an app. Also, "fixed pricing" LOL - wait till you see how many "unexpected charges" these guys will invent.
