If you are trying to validate your idea for any sort of business, trust me you will never get 100% surety. Sometime you create a need in the market (if you have that sort of product and budget to publicise) or understand the burning problem and build a product with best UX. In the starting, keep focusing on acquiring new customers and keep on collecting feedback. Keep iterating your product as per the feedback. Slowing and gradually you will build the product which the market actually wants and that’s the actual problem which can make business. Obviously it need a lot of dedication, keep your own biases in check, a solid team and basic capital in the starting. The best example is Airbnb. Some skills can never be taught like:- trusting your gut and taking a calculated decision based on feedback and data, bifercate tasks as per skill set of the team, having the zeal to serve. But some can be learnt like:- hiring, creating structure, automation,using tools which are apt to business.
