Company loyalty is a completely one-sided arrangement in 2025. The data is pretty clear employees who stay at companies longer than 2 years earn 50% less over their career. Microsoft's algorithm didn't consider his 25 years, his autism, his MS, or his sacrifices. It saw a number on a spreadsheet.
