Classic founder mistake. Early user love means nothing without retention metrics. The Indian beauty market has a notorious try-once-and-abandon pattern. What's your 3-month retention rate? What's your CAC:LTV ratio? Without those numbers, "user love" is just vanity feedback. This feels like you've built a product without understanding the economics of the category

Indian beauty space is already saturated with 100+ brands making similar claims. Your ask is too small (₹5-10L) for meaningful production scaling, that's a recipe for cash flow crisis in 6 months. You need to 5x your capital raise or narrow your initial product line.
