no problem if your app is by other name unless you lack ownership/legal documents. i hope you have website/developer account/ hosting etc under yours or companies name. if not get it done ASAP. problems only aise when product gets big. no one objects when it's sending secondly meet a CA, he will do all the formalities of company, trademarks etc. you will be needing a CA anyhow after company formation, (even if you make loss or do no business at all) if you need IP, there's a seperate process for that, but i recommend that have ip in your name rather than company, so you Ip will count as your investment in company
