Why spread false information? No SC/STs are not getting free education except a little lower fees and the competition is the same even in SC/ST, just that it is not with general catgory. And with the 47% nobody is gonna give you admission, and if they give you admission that college is worthless that a guy with 94% wouldnโt even look at it, its as simple as that.
