Hello, I'm Sachin, currently working as sales coordinator or idk I have a post or not because after the owner I'm the one who handles whole office and operations. due to financial condition I have started working on younger age. I have joined Fly Humare Saath In 15th Jan 2025. I'm giving my 100% or more because I worked more than 12 hours even on Sunday's. My Salary when I started is 12K per month only and now it's 13K per month. Owner is supportive but I think I'm stuck in loop I have dreams to become a financial stable person. I wake up and come to office at 10AM in morning and Close the office at 9PM or sometime 10PM. the Travel time from my place to office is more than 1 hour. I have no time for my self. My brain is just stuck and I have no work life and social life balance. but at the end I think it's just beginning because I have no digree and I'm just 12th Passout. Please suggest me How can I overcome from this loop.
