How should I approach marketing & content before launching my SaaS next month? Building a bootstrapped SaaS with a planned launch next month. Dev is underway, but I don’t want to wait until launch day to think about content and marketing. Looking for advice from founders on what you did pre-launch to set the stage.🙌 Context : The SaaS targets service-based businesses (can’t share niche yet for IP reasons). It solves a real pain point—already validated with some early users. Just me and my co-founder handling everything (no marketing hire yet). Dev is 70% done, soft launch expected in 3–4 weeks. We’ve set up basic landing pages but no audience or content funnel yet. we both are developers so we don't get enough time and money to put on this project but still we are giving our all to make our dreams come true.🔥 Questions I’m wrestling with: What kind of content makes sense before launch—blogs, founder notes, sneak peeks, or just focus on building in public? How did you approach social media when starting from zero followers? Is it worth starting a newsletter or wait until there's some organic pull? Any growth hacks or underrated tactics to get the first 100–200 curious users in the door pre-launch? And One more thing should we hire a guy to do all the marketing work as we can always hire interns for service. Appreciate any lessons, mistakes, or war stories. Just want to make sure we're not shouting into the void come launch day. Not looking for vanity metrics — just real momentum, real humans, real feedback

Founders are wasting 3–6 months building MVPs that don’t scale. Why? They don’t use AI-native dev teams. Most MVPs are built to launch. Ours are built to scale. At Opslify, we combine: ✅ AI App Dev ✅ SaaS Infra ✅ Product-Led Design ✅ Scalable Codeb
