𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆. And here’s something clear now: 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥 (𝐦𝐨𝐚𝐭). It’s about who moves fastest (motion). For a while, Copilot felt unbeatable. Everyone thought: “Microsoft has already won. Why bother building anything new?” But now tools like 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐫 and 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟 are rising fast. They’re showing us that speed, taste, and focus can beat size. Most big companies? Still doing what they always do: Slow to react Can’t build in public Don’t listen to real users Still stuck in meetings They’re chasing AI the same way they chased mobile. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞. 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐬𝐲. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. But the small, sharp teams? They’re shipping fast. Talking to users. Building tools that feel right. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: In AI, momentum matters more than monopoly.
