as I said schools or institutions are the epitome of corruption and exploitation. You should be ready to bribe the HODs or give false receipts and give a cut to HOD or someone similar. otherwise it's gonna be hard to adopt. Also based on your scope you're gonna have to train teachers and students to get used to your software. Too much friction for Adoption. It's an Interesting idea and one which might work but be sure to be ready to get your hands dirty. While I was in college many teachers used to openly discuss among themselves about how corrupt the higher officials are. I've also directly seen it happen with outsourced training. so just giving a heads up. and Grow fast, real fast and grow adoption real fast. The thing I'm most confused about is most assignments are written not in digital format so how do you tackle it. and students usually don't have access to laptops for good. Narrow your scope. Your scope is too wide
