While traveling and working there are multiple questions that teenager and freshers ask me, I would be outline some of them and lay it out here I hope it helps young professionals. Mental health red flags in college are rarely obvious. Most students in India still pick colleges based on brand value or placements. But what happens when you're not okay? Watch out for this: – No system for mental health management amongst peers or students – Teachers dismissing anxiety as “excuses” – Counselors who are unavailable or untrained – Students punished instead of supported Mental health shouldn’t be treated as a PR line. It needs to show up in how institutions respond when someone breaks down. If you’re choosing a college—or work at one—these questions matter: What happens here when someone isn’t okay? How does this place talk about stress, failure, rest? What happens when someone can’t keep up? Do people here treat burnout like weakness or like a signal? #mentalhealth #reach
