Why not? ā A lot of Indian games are in the "beta" stage š§Ŗ - buggy š, unfinished and usually re-skinned versions of successful hits like PUBG š«. Many are more interested in monetization š° than storytelling š or originality šØ. But change is coming. š Some Indian studios are trying local content based on Indian mythology šļø, history š and culture š - titles like Kurukshetra, Mystic Pillars and Metal Haven are proof of this. ā The real challenge? ā ļø A small PC/console gaming audience š§āš» High development costs šø (GTA 6 had a budget of over $2 billion!) š° Fear of piracy š“āā ļø (which is really overblown) But the good news is that PC gaming is growing rapidly in India š. Steam, Epic and gaming laptops š» are making good games accessible at affordable prices š.
