Why doesn't India have its own GTA or Black Myth: Wukong yet? 🎮🤔 India is one of the biggest gaming markets in the world 🌍, yet it still doesn't have any real world-class AAA games. Why not? ❓ A lot of Indian games are in the "beta" stage 🧪 - buggy 🐞, unfinished and usually re-skinned versions of successful hits like PUBG 🔫. Many are more interested in monetization 💰 than storytelling 📖 or originality 🎨. But change is coming. 🔄 Some Indian studios are trying local content based on Indian mythology 🕉️, history 📜 and culture 🎭 - titles like Kurukshetra, Mystic Pillars and Metal Haven are proof of this. ✅ The real challenge? ⚠️ A small PC/console gaming audience 🧑💻 High development costs 💸 (GTA 6 had a budget of over $2 billion!) 💰 Fear of piracy 🏴☠️ (which is really overblown) But the good news is that PC gaming is growing rapidly in India 🚀. Steam, Epic and gaming laptops 💻 are making good games accessible at affordable prices 🛒.
