We've been noticing Dineout offers on Swiggy and Zomato, like 50% off or 30% off on bills. Do you know who's providing these offers ā the restaurants or Swiggy/Zomato?

I thought that Swiggy was far behind than Zomato but in reality it is not as far as I thought.
