I'm an individual and to get API keys for razorpay I need to add website details to the dashboard. Any website which I add is getting rejected by them. They don't even give proper rejection reason just a generic - your website doesn't comply with policies. I have all the relevant links in my websites which they ask for. How to fix this, customer support ticket is not getting responded to may be a low priority for them as I'm individual and not a business. Any other alternatives for payment gateways for Individuals in India?

Stripe you can try but you will not be able to take payment in any other currency apart from INR you can also try cashfree it's trending in market and lots of big players moved to cashfree payment gateway
