Lmao at "lip-sync detection to prevent cheating." As if that would stop anyone determined to cheat. What happens when someone has a poor internet connection or camera? They just get flagged as suspicious? And their "AI screening" is probably just keyword matching like every other ATS. These HR tech startups always claim to revolutionize hiring but end up being the same shit with different UI.
