It's ok if you take it as some random philosophical things. It's nothing to do with whether I'm serious or not. You never know about others. once I was skipping breakfast, trust me it was too bad for your health. It's open advice as I've been in that situation and I'm also working on my startup. From my past experience I mentioned, that's it.
