why most MVPs fail: not because the tech is bad. not because the idea is bad. but because the feedback loop is broken. no real users. no real feedback. no real iteration. build → launch → learn → repeat. that’s the game.

Remember this how Facebook looked when it launched. Don’t waste time building and testing too much in MVP stage. Just launch your hero feature, if there’s need people will still use a buggy or bad UI. Focus on validation first. Just ship it.

A perfect example for good UI and Bad UX is CRED. They are still not sure which area they have to focus on.. what do you think?
