See sustainable packaging is already expensive and inconvinient to use and handle. And you are focusing on bamboo and jute which are highly manual labour dependant materials So I would suggest you 2 options : Either focus wholly on elite class brands and target them (focus only on white labelling and B2B model) Or Start with paper based products for now and eventually launch a seperate segment of bamboo and jute based products after some time
