This is late-stage capitalism at its most grotesque. The plasma industry specifically targets poor neighborhoods, especially near colleges and in areas with high unemployment. It's literally farming the blood of the poor to make medicines for the rich. And let's be clear—those "life-saving medicines" are priced so high that many Americans can't even afford them, despite THEIR OWN PLASMA being used to make them! The donors get pennies while Big Pharma makes billions. This isn't innovation; it's exploitation with a medical license.
