Food delivery is the ultimate high-frequency habit-forming business. People need to eat 3x daily, so your TAM is literally everyone with a phone and money, and they need your service MULTIPLE times per week. No other business has that level of repeat usage potential. Uber can go weeks without a ride, Netflix can sit idle, but people gotta eat EVERY DAY. Once you're the default app on someone's phone, you're essentially printing money. The genius part is collecting from both sides, fees from restaurants desperate for volume AND delivery fees from lazy customers. Plus the data you collect on eating habits is worth billions to CPG companies.
