I am planning to build a Business Process Management (BPM) SaaS product. While I know there are many big players in the market, I have identified several key problems that can be addressed: 1. High pricing 2. More focus on US/UK customers rather than India 3. Complicated and poor UI/UX (in many cases) 4. Lack of continuous improvements 5. Limited client-specific customization I came across this idea through my job, where my company focuses on a specific industry's workflow management. I have heard the pain points directly from many clients. A large number of small and medium-sized businesses still do not use such tools, and even many enterprises are struggling with their current systems. I would love to hear your valuable thoughts. Should I move forward with building this SaaS product?
