Please help me in incorporating my startup as legal entity.
Guys, I've completed MVP and chosen company name and type.
I went through startup india portal but it needs PAN for entity etc.
Then I went through MCA website and got lost in too much forms
whatever the stage, at the beginning I also thought to do it on my own and wasted months, don't do the same mistake. You could find one in your locale and it cost 20 to 25k max. They'll take care from there
