Broooo lol 😂😂😂 medial has been greatest platform for me as it delivers what I exactly wanted. I still remember using medial for 4 HR. ofc it's discipline , just to motivate myself I took the pledge to not use medial. tbh it's medial pledge that I took made me disciplined and consistent throughout the journey or else I assume I would have lost the challenge
