Your entire premise is based on a strawman. Nobody has an issue with constructive criticism - what people reject is the constant doomsaying and cherry-picking of statistics to push a narrative that India is somehow fundamentally broken. For every example you've cited, there are dozens of areas where India has made remarkable progress. Our UPI system is globally admired, our space program achieves incredible results on shoestring budgets, and our vaccine manufacturing capacity helped not just us but dozens of countries during COVID. Criticism is fine, but the relentless negativity without acknowledging progress is what people are reacting to. There's a difference between saying "we can improve X" and "we're terrible at X compared to Country Y."
