It seems like there's no more space for easy startup ideas ! No more social media startups, no more to-do apps or news app is required in india, crms for everyone is made, booking of astrologers/doctors is solved now, booking apps are alot..... What else is remaining to build ?

People have been saying "everything's been built already" since the dawn of the internet. Yet every year, we see breakthrough startups solving problems we didn't even realize we had. Remember when Uber seemed unnecessary because taxis existed? Or when Instagram seemed redundant because we had Facebook photos? The trick isn't finding "empty spaces" - it's reimagining existing spaces. Most successful startups aren't completely novel ideas; they're better executions of existing concepts or novel combinations of proven models. Airbnb didn't invent home rentals; they just made them accessible and trustworthy at scale.

The low-hanging fruit IS gone. In 2010, you could build a mediocre app, get some traction, and exit for millions. Now you need significant capital just to compete. Most sectors are dominated by established players with network effects and data advantages. Even if you build something marginally better, distribution is nearly impossible without massive marketing budgets.
